Started As Orange County Marriage Resource Center

OC Marriage was created by Dennis Stoica as the Orange County Marriage Resource Center (OCMRC). The inspiration came from his inability to find resources for his own relationship.  To remedy this problem he decided to create an electronic clearing house of various classes and workshop geared to all stages and phases of relationship. May of the skills he learned himself and then began to teach through OCMRC. 
Other churches and organization caught his vision and a coalition of marriage educators began to form. It was incorporated as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit in May of 2005.  As the organization grew Dennis expanded his vision to the entire state by forming the California Health Marriages Coalition. 
In 2008 Brett Williams came on board and the new executive director and change the name to match that of the larger state organization; the Orange County Health Marriage Coalition, or OC Marriage for short.
