Keep the relationships you formed in your class and stay up with everyone by using the alumni class journal. These classes create connections not only with you and your spouse but also with the other people in the room. Our hope in creating this class journal you will be able to maintain those connections.

The other desire in creating this journal is to make a space for "constructive venting." We all need a place to complain or express our frustrations. But if you use our friends too much that only creates negative images about our spouse and can make things awkward in so future social settings. Certainly our family doesn’t want to hear it. This alumni journal is a place where you can come and share.

After venting I would other alumni to get on line as provide support by showing understanding and help other people using the alumni journal to use the skills learned in your class.

The class was great. I too hope all of can stay connected by coming on line and keeping the conversation going.
